Right from the picture below you can see i'm making something abstracty. I want to make the middle part abit bigger, but on that part only! But the problem is, i don't know how, if you know how i can make just that section bigger and how i make it bigger please do tell. also if you have any suggestions on how to make this look better please tell me and point me in the direction of how to do it incase i dont know how.

The only thing I can come up with is scale option, mark the area and make it bigger. Just be sure to pick the scale tool that make it bigger on all edges, and you need to be in perpective veiw to make it work

Just select the polys you want to scale and the rest will remain as is. Just make sure you are in poly mode and not scaling the object.
