I think it is your best so far. Nice background, and the red eye effect is original.

I think its pretty cool, i like the vector brushing you did, and i like the red eye effect on the tekken style character, but although you did a good job of blending the image into the sig, i think the render doesnt suit the style you were going for, but still i agree with the others, on the fact that its your best so far.
