Could anyone please give me some tips as how to go about this (see attached doc.) or send me a template or something. im realy struggling with this and cant afford a tutor. any help would be realy appreciated.

Yep sorry didnt explain myself very well.

Ive designed my form with all my buttons. but now im struggling with all the booking part of it. im new to programming so ive kinda figured how to get the exit button to exit ect. and ive got a list of people that want to book on a txt. file but how to get them in is bugging me.

any help please!!
