See when i open outlook express i hit the "send and receive" button to check my emails.
Is there anyway after this that the emails can download automatically without me hitting this button???

found an option in outlook there now
It will come in handy when am working on something, means that i dont have to stop the work to hit the button, i will be notified automatically when a new email has been sent to me.

Leave it open and minimize, good idea if you go through your options and check them all out.
