I think it's too soft around the edges of the render if that counts...

Yeah the render is a bit soft around the edges, makes it fit less with the background.

But they are both good anyway. I like the second one the most though, the colours fit better.

I like the second the best, although I don't like the text you put on the render. The third has really weird blending, and the first doesn't have colors as good. The second just flows the best.
