So, just to make a short description of what i need help with.
I've started making a creature for Black And White 2, the creature is a fox and everything has gone fine this far. But what i need help with now is two things.
1. I would like to know if anyone has any suggestions of how to model the head.
2. I cant seem to find any good rigging tutorials. Do you guys know any?
Oh and here is what i got this far.

Your model would look much nicer if you applied a mesh modifier to it and for what the guy said that technique isn't rigging "rigging" is setting your character up for animation, the technique for making faces and skulls would be a good spline head tutorial.
