Whilst MSN Messenger Live, or MSN Messenger 8 looks amazing - hopefully they'll allow us to strip off all the crappy features. From the looks of things its quite simular to GTalk (as its quite simple looking, interface wise its simular and they've also finally got a good look to it)
GTalk all the way - unless MSN ACTUALLY removes all the cloggy rubbish from it, including the pointless integration of MSN search into the message window that is

it frustrates me seeing the poor interface design of microsoft, this sort of style 'went out' about 3 years ago
more features to integrate every possible MS application together... and if you want to use a simpler version of MS? Nope, forced upgrade... gawd!!!!

honestly with the amount of geniuses at MS i'm suprised they continously release this rubbish, in Vista they 'may' have it right and it looks like they are finally doing something with Office and solitare (yes, a huge part of MS)..
but come on, they need to realise their audience isn't 10-15 year olds and start supporting the mature user
