Is there a way to save an animation in Cinema 4D as a GIF file?

Also, anyone know a tutorial on making swords or armour in C4D?

To save as gif, you can either render it as a avi or mov file and then import it into Imageready and save it as gif. Or you can render all the frames as separate images and then use Imageready to save the sequence of images as a gif.

As for swords, check http://www.maxoncomp...torial_main.asp
I'm sure I saw a sword tutorial there ;)
