Ok here is my issue, we had a designer for my upcoming site, however he was really un-reliable, and never wanted to work. So now, we need a new one. Here are the skills we need from the person who can help us out.

HTML4 complint design
Photoshop knowledge (make decent gfx)
Be online 4 or so hours a day
CSS knowledge


This is not a paying job, however you will get to work along side some great talent on the net. The site is aimed at many different aspects of user end features, so please if you can post or something so I can get in contact with you.

Nothing on the net yet. I just need a good designer to make a new layout for us to code all of our stuff onto, but we need one who will stay with us and help work on the site.

I am not 2 good at HTML4 but im ok in photoshop im online 24/7 lol and i love CSS lol

Im not much of a coder, But i no general HTML, and CSS. However designs what i do, HOWEVER i dont work for free. -- i would wont sopmething in return, dont have to be money, but something anyway, examples.. hm.. Well not to many examples, a VERY VERY VERY small example is @ unrealstudios.no-ip.com which is down half the day and like i said thats very very small, its designed for a search engione, not gfx heavy site.. If your interested but wont to see a example, tell me and ill ahve a example layout dont by tomorrow ( hopefully ), thats, if you need me

I dont need a temp designer, I need one who would be dedicated to the site thus they would be getting something out of working for what should be one amazing site.

can we have details about the site.. like whats its actually about and stuff it does ect..

Provide lots of tutorials, maybe index them as well, going to provide the devian art image gallery's option and such. Lots of stuff, alot I cannot think of, pm me if you want the full list.
