how do I combine those characters on the sig.??
use mask or something?

uhh from what i see i think it's nothing but a plain image dropped with masked images of that guys there, background cleaned logos, a duplicate of the image with different blending and some (3) i think got a layer of red with blending mode to "color" in ps then masked to get rid of the red that are on the man then put some text of blablabla either in the front or behind some layers and some elements like little bars or an overlay of B/W patterns to make effects

this sig is basically numbers of images, masked to what part it needs and put it per layers that's all

Use the pen tool or the lasso tool to remove the background from the image. Here's something that might help:

for complex images (like one with detailed hairs and shapes which will gives you a good pain in the arse if you tried to mask something like that with pen tool) in PS you can use channel selection and with little luck, some cleanings & skill you'll be able to isolate only the part of images that needs to be masked with minimum efforts while keeping the complex and super-detailed part, like hair of a person in the image, transparent to the best detail
