i really like the bg. i agree with kirbyray, just blend the guy a little. also you may want to add a border to it.

There is a 1 px black border if you look properly... And I cant think of anything I want you to improve on...

Its nice but the text is hard to read.

bg owns

maybe do something about the character font on the left. The px border looks too bold or something, not quite sure. Also try enhancing the colors a tad on the render itself.

The backgroud is very nice and the only think I can see a fault in my opinion is that the center seems a bit empty, everything is settled on each side.
