I can see the PS. Great job.
Although i think the snow going right into the water is a lil wierd as I imagine just before the water surface there would be no snow on the rock cuz that would be melted... Im just thinkig over - logically.

well if you look good you can see that parts of the water is frozen :D

not bad..im always a fan of the duplicate/soft light glow thing....looks nice taht way imho

the water looks pretty frozen, that looks nice....not much to change on this one, good work!

well <3 i made them bigger normal but i wanted this one to be quick ;) took me 9 hours to render :D normally it is bout 2 days
