The render looks weird, and i'm not sure about the background. Maybe using a different color...

Never distort the render like that. If you want it to fit, resize it by pressing Ctrl-T, holding Shift and then dragging the corners in to make it smaller. The colors in the background look weird too, and don't really fit the render. Try to give the image a certain measure of uniformity.

Scorpion looks dirty. Excessive amount of brushing over the render. Try some blending techniques and enhancing the colors of the render too. On the other note is that the bg as well as the text looks good.

The render looks over-brushed in my opinion and then the sub-text stands out too much as a plain white.
