We have had a huge change in this, full changes below:
Now a fully licenced copy of IPB plus a skin.
Competition
We'll run this one through Dec with the winner announced in Jan.
Prize
The prize will now be a yearly IPB licence in your name, as well as your choice of skin from us here at IBSkinned, and if not already a customer an upgrade to full customer status.. The yearly IPB licence will be wholey yours, you can create your own dream forum - or donate the licence to another site, the choice is yours, naturally you will still be subject to the usual IPS and IBSkinned licence agreements.

By popular vote (customers and staff).
Legal Stuff
By taking part in this competition you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Forfeiting Copyright on the winning entry to IBSkinned, you will have no further claim of ownership to the sig graphic. (We will of course indicate who designed the sig if used in future advertisements) You will also have to supply a .psd file with editable text layer.
You also agree to abide by the final vote, and to not dispute the outcome. In the event of a draw, multiple winners may be announced, or management might make an executive desicion, and only one winner may be announced.
For the purposes of this competition only, you may use any image from any of our skins within your design, You will NOT however use any other image or content within your design, that you do not have full copyright too, all graphics must be original, and you must have copyright to them. Additionally all entries MUST BE YOUR OWN WORK.
The Prize is a pre-made skin for IPB 2.1.x from our range, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other item, additionally acceptance of the prize is on the condition that the usual licence agreement for the product is accepted and acknowleged. Along with a yearly IPB licence from Invision Power Services, Inc, also subject to their usual licence agreement. Additionally, IBSkinned.com will purchase and transfer this licence to the winner shortly after the competition is completed and the winner announced, and the .psd has been delivered to us. Any and all fees for upgrade or extention of the yearly licence from IPS once the 12 months has expired, will be solely the responsiblity of the winner, IBSkinned will have no further involvement with the licence.
Produce a work that is appropriate for a business site, without any obscene, gross or inappropriate images or wording. IBSkinned reserve the right to refuse entry to any work we consider breaches these guidelines.
Copyright Ownership of non-winning entries will remain with the author, and IBSkinned will have no claim on them.
Size(s)
The sig should be standard banner sizes of either 468x60 or 234x60 pixels -
You may if you wish, submit another "freestyle" entry of an appropriate size of no more than 500x150 pixels

Introduction:
IBSkinned is looking to add some new members to the team. We are looking for some bright, helpful and motivated people to join our Skin Support staff.
In this role, you will be responsible for answering requests in our skin support forums. This can include fixing problems with installed skins, helping to adapt skins to work on people's sites and performing skin installations.
Role Requirements:
Applicants for this role must :
- be technically competent
- have a strong understanding of HTML + CSS
- know how to use FTP
- understand the IPB skinning system
- be mature and very self motivated
Not required, but a bonus:
- knowledge of PHP
- ability to use Photoshop to edit buttons, banners, etc.
Payment:
This role is initially unpaid, however you may receive payments for skin installations and any other out-of-the-ordinary work. Bonuses are also a possibility for high quality of work.

By the way, does anyone know if there is a limit to how many entries you can send in?

Add as many as you want, keep in mind they are looking for professional look not renders and everyday siggy look.

And yeah, abstract brushing and a render would be really bad for this sort of thing. The one I'm working on now is a vector/interface sort of thing. I even made a simple logo.
