Can you make it, that there will be a link at the bottom of the 10 Newest tutorials, which redirect me to the 30 Newest tutorials ? If you make it, I will be very happy !

Yeah, that would be good because if you were away for a few days, or whatever, you may miss some new additions. A link like the one suggested could be useful.

What about a dropdown that allows you to choose the newest 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 etc? I'm sure it can't be too hard to do (even though coding's not my job 
)

By the way, if you simply click on the category you want to look at, it will show you the latest 30 tuts, then you can see the latest 50 or 100 using the sort filters.
