In a php file I have a peice of code called
<?php include 'header.php' ?>
you know how dreaweaver updates all the links if you move a file out of or into a different folder, my problem is when I move the file, dreamweaver updated every link except the php codes.
Can anyone help? :wacko:

Dreamweaver doesn't search through PHP code, or any other server side close for that matter

There are easy ways to do mass updating, you can use CTRL+F and you should find what you need
