Heya Well the forum is a pre-installed forum by Invision Power Board. With our host, Serverseed (http://www.serverseed.com), you have a choice of 3 different forums and then you simply skin them to your liking. If you look in the PHP category, there are several skinning tutorials and such in the forums sub category

yep i saw ztutorials.... but i want to build my own forum
anyway..i bought a good damn book for learning php and all zstuuf
so....i'm 14....i have enought time......

If you have good hosting with a cpanel, then you can get an invision forum, or if you want to get a free forum that doesnt need hosting, you can goto http://www.forumer.com/ and sign up for one there. I think registration is closed at the moment, not sure...
