Does anyone know the HTML code for making a scrollable content box with the background image in the same place but the text just scrolls up and down?

whats wrong with css... it only compliments html...

do u know the best one that i could use? btw, check out my site... www.cheryltweedy.uni.cc and check the content box. You'll see what i mean by the background image being messed up. Please give me the BEST code for a scrollable content box where the background image stays in the same postion but the text only moves. Thanks.
