i want to make a shiny metal texture for Cinema 4D but i don't know how, can anyone help me? :D

Try to look in the bhodinut drop down folder, near the texture options and play a little with the Danel-Shader.
you can give it a greyish color, if it is suposed to look like alu, and use the reflection sliders to adjust the reflective depth, and strength.
If it needs a coupple of scratches you could customise a bump map, and/or use a photo made in photoshop or a real picture, or if you understand bodypaint you could make a really nice custom tex from there.
You could allso try to google for tex tutorials on the net, lots of them out there i think.
