History:
I found a site where the ppl are so kind to make many vehicles, characters etc. available for download, in native 3D format so you can play around with them.
And yes i want to make a "scene" (rofl)
Problem:
All the downloads are in native Cinema 4D format, and i dont have that program, neither do i have the intention to buy it.
I DO have at school 3DSMax and at home i have the cheaper program Carrara Studio. Also i have the light version of Maya, witch shipped with UT 2004.
Question:
Is there any way these files can be converted in .obj, .dxf, .max or whatever format so i can read them and play around with them?
Is there some plug in for Max or any other way?
THX.
Converting

there could be some plugins or something, im not sure, but my solution would be to get sinema 4d, open the models and export them as an obj, or just find a different site that makes max files, i know there are plenty ive seen em

Yea, im searching for the plu-in but cant find it for the moment.
bout "different site" is a no can do, cos the models i'm talking bout are all the star wars models.
Some of them you can find on other site, but not as detailed as these.
