I don't know if this is the right subject to post this in but i do not know how you can turn a photoshop made layout to a fully working website, i was thinking you use those area maps with HTML but if you click a link that dotted box comes around making it kinda look low quality. Anyways i can't find a tutorial saying how you can turn a layout to a working website, so... please help me?
