Hi gang,

Just wanted to bring to everyone's attention that we have made some changes and additions to the forums that you should be aware of. Donna and the mod team have been busting their butts to bring you an awesome forum community to hang out in, and this is just another step to bringing you more cool goodies!

Resources Forum:

First up is the Resources Forum! This is a massive forum area stuffed with loads of free resources available to anyone! If you want to share some cool website resource you've found, please be sure to post, but remember: This are is on moderated posts only to filter out junk and spam! So your post will need to be approved by a mod before everyone else can see it.

The Resources Forum has the following sub categories: Brushes, CSS, Free Software, Icons, Stock Images, Miscellaneous Resources, Free E-Books, Games, Free Image Hosting, Everything Browsers, Plugins and finally, Everything Forum Related!

You can check it all out at http://www.pixel2lif...hp?showforum=66

Inspirational or Fun Websites:

Next up, we have changed the "Websites R' Us" forum to the "Inspirational or Fun Websites" forum. This forum was originally intended to be a great place to snoop around when you're bored and just look at cool stuff people wanted to share with everyone. Well, as the site got bigger, it was over run with people posting their personal tutorial sites etc... This is NOT what it was for guys. You have the tutorial listing and topsites for that.

With that said, we have renamed the forum and completely emptied out every last post that was in there. Time to get back to basics! So, if you have a fun or really cool link you want to share with us, please feel free to post it! Bear in mind this forum is also on moderated posts only to keep out the spam.

The new setup is at http://www.pixel2lif...hp?showforum=79

Hire A Designer or Coder

To help keep things in order and from minimizing the spam and bogus posts, we've also placed the "Hire A Designer or Coder" forum on moderated posts. We hope this will help make the forum easier to follow for everyone, and cut down on stupid "want ads" (I use the term loosely).

You can check out this forum at http://www.pixel2lif...hp?showforum=42

We have an awesome moderation team here folks and they are all very dedicated to making this a fun and informative place to hang out. If you have any concerns at all, please feel free to contact any of the staff and we'll address your concerns as best we can :)

Enjoy!

Where should we post a site that we are looking for design tips on? Assuming it's been sliced and coded, and not a tutorial or even graphics based site? Is it allowed anymore. Thanks!

Critique My Site
If you're working on a new site and need some feedback, this is the place to do it! DO NOT use this forum for plugging your site or for posting forums/tutorial sites. :)
