Neat, I'd smudge the light ray thingies a bit, and blend the text more, but its a good sig

Good Sig ! Like it ! especially sunlights 
But i think the texte needs little bit work
Try blending it like the render

I like the background, but the render doesn't fit. Maybe if you change the colors or the lightning...
