Is it possible to get a cookie from a forum and put it on a seperate website? If so can anyone tell me how to.

Is it?, meh someone told me its possible and safe -.-
Anyway all i want it for is so it gets the user data and stores it, so i can have like a userlinks bar on a seperate website
