How to make Site using ImageReady.
if suppose i have design a templet in photoshop.
then.
i want to make a fastest & Graphics enable site.
so pl help
& which which software for making slice .
i have PDF file.

What you mean: "i have pdf file".
If you have the Photoshop design in .psd format, just click at the bottom (the little picture at the bottom) of the toolbar and your file will be imported in ImageReady.
Then make the necessary slices (see many tutorials) and click save optimized as... and choose the format: html.
I guess you knew that, but just to be sure.
The hard part actually is doing all the preps in Photoshop and make the best choices to slice your page up. (I usually put anything on a different layer and choose image based or layer based slices, witch is not the best but the easiest choice).

but it take time so i dont want to make a bulky site so.
how to reduce my image size ?

All adobe products now have slicing possibilities, but none are efficient. So to slice, ask the pros around here how to "code" it.
