i know he has one in Corel photopaint, but does anyknow how to do it in PhotoShop? theres a render called pixilate and all that, and i used all the options under there and the options dont match, here is his tutorial if anyone could help

Make a grid pattern, fill a layer with it on 15% oppacity then add a layer mask. On the layer mask have a gradient from black to transparent, have the black at the top going down to transparent.....
