I know in some states in the US you can goto certain places where it IS legal to do graffitti and you just go there do whatever...I graffitti on my game JSRF...its based around graffitti, you can even go into setup and create your own graffitti with brushes and stuff

But looking back it's a bad idea. If you want to tag, do it on your own property.
I can appreciate it as art, but I don't like the fact that it is all over the place (especially in LA). If you want to be a painter, get a canvas. Leave the walls at the local elementary school alone.
