The picture is take at the great wall and what I've done in photoshop is:
1. Crop
2. Changed Levels
3. Added the text in top-left corner.

It looks very grainie and fuzzy, I don't really like that look. Take out the fuzz and grain, and it will look better.

It's my digital camera that does that. I could filter it I guess. I'll give it a shot.

I really hate being pessemistic, but it looks as if that was a 96x96 picture resized. Sorry. It would look good as an avatar, but as a picture like that, it just doesn't look good.
I would get a new digital camera, or have that one checked out. Quite odd a camera would add graine like that.
Otherwise, it would have been a beautiful scenic photograph.
