Whenever i press Return/make new line, it jumps 2 lines forward, automatically added <p>blah</p> tags, which i would like to take off. Does anyone know how to?

Speficied information:
I am trying to add new line like example below
"SHoplist:
1 carton oh blah *and it does this*

2 pieces of [REMOVED]

1 dumbpack

4 ice creams"
Know what i mean? I dont want that, i want sumthing like this:
Blah
Blah Blah
Blah Blah Blah
So, it adds paragragh tags automatically, and i havent found any way to disable it..!

Yeah, Shift+Return works, and i've written the code myself too. In design, writing goes much faster :). THanks, and sorry about that thing in first post... :D

It is one of the strangest things in Dreamweaver, I think I found an option in preferences to change that to
instead. But I forgot, it was a long time ago, or maybe I was dreaming to have that feature. :D
