I found a great tutorial for a flash shout box.

But I am not getting a handle on it. I'm missing something.
For one, I cannot get the flash part to work.
( The dynamic text fields do not work)
Here's my .fla file, if anyone would mind taking a look at it.

This was a quick find
Your 2 textfields (name & message) should be input text fields NOT dynamic.. you can't enter text on a dynamic textfield.

Don't forget to change the type of field on every keyframe

I went ahead and remade the project.
The dynamic part doesn't work. The text never shows up.
Is this a database problem? Or is it in my .fla??

can you publish the php links?
I assume it's more on the php side then on the flash side.. but it could be also the fla..
