Google appears to be fine now but just 2 minutes ago I went to Google and clicked to goto another page and it said this: (View the picture)

Has anyone ever gotten a 403 (Forbidden) when going to Google or attempting to access a page on Google (when accessing a search query)?

ps. When I goto Google now its fine. I'm running a virus scan now.

I think you've been redirected.
They never use the old google logo anymore with flat text.

no, they still use it in some places. And its more than possible that you got this message, they just added Email scanning to Gmail for example.
