Im wondering if anyone knows a program that can run on Windows (and Apache)...that can set and run crons (for a small game)...its not on the web, so I can't use cPanel. Uh..its just off my localhost, and I can't seem to find a proggy that can run crons for me (update energy etc)

You could use window's scheduled tasks to open a browser window to the URL... assumng of course it's a script.
