OK I have a couple different questions, so I am gonna use both in one topic so that I don't use space up.
First question.
Since I am a newbie with flash I am trying to figure this out the best I can and I just don't understand what I am doing wrong.
I seen this cool link for a effect that grabbed my attention and for some reason just love.
http://www.templatem...lates/9644.html
I love the clouds, how they glow like a storm is brewing, and I also love how the other clouds move so softly and slowly.
So here is what I have done to try this out.
I made a set of clouds I grabbed from the internet. I made it so that they somewhat or as close as I can think of to copy this effect at the site above has done.
I made 2 layers and dodged the top layer and adjusted the opacity erasing parts out. I put them into flash and since its a sequence flash imported them into a scene. Cool to me and looks neat. So here is a question.
Since there a sequence of images (several images) can I adjust them once I have them in the timeline?
What I mean is I think they are a little to fast, and I am not sure how to adjust the speed so is it possible to copy a frame of the cloud (image) and cut it and paste it in farther down the timeline, and then continue to do that so that the clouds rumble in a slower action instead of fast paced?
Next question is the 2nd set of clouds is to dark so I need to adjust the opacity so they softly blend in.
I made a new layer and imported the second cloud in went to the timeline 30 ish and inserted a keyframe, went back to timeline 1and created the motion tween. Cool so far right? Well, here is where I am LOST. On frame 1 the opacity is lowered but once it test it you cant see it lowered.
I thought well maybe I need to goto the last frame and set the opacity the same as well.
Of course I am lost because I don't see a area to adjust the opacity.
So why do the second set of clouds move across disregarding the opacity level I set?
And last question!
How do I make the moving clouds go across slow?
If you look at the clip I am including, you'll see there fast.
Did I lose anyone with this post?
If so send me a email at rh0ads324@aol.com and I will try to explain better.
Many thanks in advance
