Um... this is really a simple and noob question but I just got PS and I have no idea how to put a render inside a sig... (how to put a cut out picture into a background) Thanks.

If you already have your render cut out and saved on a transparent background, Ctrl + A, Ctrl + C, go to where you want it and Ctrl + V. 
Then, to change the size and angle of it etc, Ctrl + T, and then shift if you wish to transform it at a locked size.
