Is there a site that lets you host psd files? Or do I have to save it in a different format? I'm fairly new to this stuff.

pop it in a zip or rar file, most sites accept a zipped file.

If you want to host psd files this site allows free psd uploads.

http://www.myonlineimages.com/

It does require you to register.

have the psd open in imageready and click file - save optimized as

then save the file.

you can't change what type of file you want to save as so you only have one option. so just.. save it.
