I have google ads on my site,but it continues to take after one particular post I made on my main page. A post that's not even on the page the ads are. So all I get is ads related to detox. Is there anyway I can get this to change?

Please e-mail google with your problem, they will slove it faster then anybody here.
But in short, googles ads are content related, if you have no content that has ad's associated, it bases the display off of the last time they indexed your site (or at least i believe so, don't quote me).
