I'm still relatively new to GIMP I've only absorbed so much information from the Tuts and FAQ's. What I need now is to know (if possible) the shortest/easiest way to shorten the delay between the frames. My problem is that I've taken a premade GIF and it's delay is 80 and 70 ms, I want to shorten it a little more just to experiment. But, when I save the file it won't speed up at least the Windows Picture and Fax viewer doesn't show it speeding up. I haven't been able to find a tut on this around here, I'm also looking for another program just for this purpose, if you happen to know of a decent program and have used it please let me know.
Thank you.

After a bit of experimenting, I found out that you have to save a file as an xcf before converting it too a gif and then you can adjust the delay between frames. Still looking for FPS software that's freeware. Please let me know if you know of one.
