I downloaded a free website template from www.freewebsitetemplates.com and I edited the buttons, pictures, and links. i need to upload all of this to my freewebs.com page. i dont know how i can upload it and make it work. for the best example on what this looks like, download a template from www.freewebsitetemplates.com. I was told i need to use a FTP Client to get it on a server.

I haven't used freewebs in a while, so i can't give specifics on how to do anything. But theres 3 things i can say.
1. You should probably ask for support on their site, i remember them having a contact page of some sort.
2. When you login on their site and go to your administration page, they should have some way to upload files directly on their site.
3. I doubt they allow FTP access, so an FTP client is most likely useless to you (don't quote me though).

you have to upload via the online submitter but it's painfully slow because you have to submit every file individually. You can get FTP access but you have to be a premium member and to be one of those you have to pay :/
