sry i think it isn't that smooth, the edges at the mouth are a bit jagged, and yeah, uhm i've seen better tuxes out there Sure nice all the work youve put in it.

are you sure you clicked on the image the second time to get the full view? it doesnt look smooth when imageshack resizes it but click on the pic a second time and you get the full view.
