[solved] -Imageready - Optimization colors!

Why when ever I design any Animated Gif file with real photo in it I get a very poor colors
I think it's the Optimization Options,, am I right? if so what should I do? what is the best way to edit the Optimization?

Photos generally don't like to be "giff-ed" as GIFs are restricted to 256 colors. Images with more than 256 colors will appear "grainy" as ImageReady is forced to reduce the amount of colors used.
