Hey, I've upgraded my PS7 to PScs, but with CS most of the filters are greyed out! Witch isn't the case with PS7. How can i acces them?

Are you sure that you have selected the layer? Happens to me sometimes.

make sure colour code is rgb too

ah, I Have managed to acces all filters now, but don't actually know what the problem was, I just put the size (@ creating new file) to defauld fotoshop size, and then entered my desired size, not the filters are available. I think it's something with the bitsize menu, next to color mode. But thanks a lot guys, your help is very much apreciated.
