Im been searching for a forum tutorial and i've only found 2...
I made 1 of the tutorial from tweebys or something it worked, but it looked like sh*t..
It didnt look so nice and i didnt understand much of it..
So is there a good tutorial on how to make a forum ?? and i want user registration with

You sound like your new to PHP
If you really want a forum to be exactly as you want it to be, code it yourself...
It might take a while to get the hang of it, but its worth it, trust me

follow some simple CMS tutorials, then build your way up.
