Hey!
Im looking for someone who is good with IPB skin design and is willing to help me. I need help getting started with the basics of skinning IPB and I can take it from there. This person must have AIM or MSN as to have live conversations so it would be easier to understand and explain. I wouldn't be able to pay much because I am short on funds.
