Right, basically I want to learn HTML & CSS and I just don't know where to start. Is there any sites or tutorials I should start with. So far all I know is don't start with dreamweaver ( which I already have
) and you need a good understanding of Html before you start CSS.

Personally I don't like the aforementioned tutorial. I'd start with W3Schools, as Donna suggested.
Other than that, I don't really know of any place to "start." I learned CSS just from reading tutorials and articles that I came across. Maybe that will work for you as well.

I orignally learned from HTMLite.com but I would recommend W3schools.com now that I am experienced.

I learnt css by downloading free templates and studying the code in it and editing it to see if it worked, then I eventually came to make my own one from scratch.

Hey,
I suggest www.Htmlgoodies.com follow the HTML primers one by one and then the getting started section.
This is how I learnt HTML
And I picked CSS up on my own.
