The final result is much too dark. It would look better at a higher quality and with better colors/brightness. Also, take all those layer styles off of the text, make it white and move it to the bottom left, then maybe make it a little smaller. The best text doesn't involve all sorts of layer styles and stuff, but basic fonts (sans-serif work best) used correctly.
