I can't comment on the manip itself unless you post the original... All I can really say about it is that the text needs some work, but it is better than before.

Agreed with the other comments, I'd like to see the original and the text is too simple. Simple text would work with a sig like that, but minus the black border, try an inside glow and experiment with the settings untill it blends nicely.. also the text should be bought away from the border
