Hi. I recently took some brushes that were blue and put them on a black background and i noticed that when i view it on the web, you can see that the blue brushes have a white outline or stroke around them. BTW the brushes do not have a default white outline on them.I tried flattening the image, and saving the jpeg without the matte option. can anyone plz help. i neeed the brushes to show up without the white outline. any help appreciated ty : ]

Think thats the effect you get by first anti aliasing andf the converting to web graphics. Try to use crisp lines for you brushes.
Maybe that helps, i dunno.

Yeah a screenshot would be nice (both PS and the saved JPEG). Or you could even put up the image somewhere and let us see it.

Frankly I have no idea what this issue could be. I thought maybe it was matting issues but you said it wasn't so :/
