awstats is the most reliable but its important to note that none of them are updated regulary so they aren't as up-to-date with tracking techniques like analytics from google for example (used to be urchin)

I've heard really good things about Mint.
I just removed it from Twodded about 2-3 days ago.... its not bad
I heard wonders about Mint also. Jay, would you recommend it if the person can afford it, or go with another solution.

Its a great product, i'm just not too fond of the JavaScript download and the interface... products such as analytics give out alot more statistics straight out of the box - where by Mint requires you to install several plugins to get the right solution

ok then so then why is the 'Unique visitors' and the 'Number of visits' different does one just look at how many actual people have been to your site and the other the total people, if so for P2L Affiliates to know your daily hits you would look at 'Number of visits' under days of the month?
