Look how my brush is set i can't make this bigger even tho the size is 295

Your canvas size is too big.
You have it zoomed 2%

Yeah, but despite that fact I can incrase the size of any brush to 2500 px and the man wrote, that he can't make it bigger than 295 .

You're right RyJek, but I think that the problem is the canvas size.
