Well, I've been hand drawing for quite a long time now, about a decade actually. But I've just recently started painting in Photoshop. Sadly, I don't have a Wacom (Pen).

Here is a small test I just finished, my mouse skills are still a bit amateur.

In all honesty, that looks as if you drew it with a very thick pencil tip. The detail on the muscles around the eye and the brow are very well conceived; it looks professional. Fantastic job, amateur... :)

Thanks for the comment, I actually used a mix of 1, 2, and 3 pixel brush sizes for the brush tool and the smudge tool.

I worked on that for about 10 minutes actually, so it really wasn't that quick heh.

Wow.. That is pretty neat looking. At first look I thought it was a pencil drawing until I read your post and realized it was done in photoshop. Very impressive.

Best Regards,

Jason :)

Wow, excellent job! You really should look at investing in a tablet, if your that good with a mouse you'll be amazing with a good tablet :)

Looks great. I have to say since i started photoshop i'm to draw with a pencil to on school etc <_<. I see most ppl go for the sig stuff and abstract but brushing is very exciting :).
Altough your able to express yourself when painting faces and stuff (i know abstract can work good to ;))
Made this a few min ago cause im kinda angry om some stuff ;).

Thanks guys, I've been working on more of the face... I can't seem to find the right kind of nose to put on it. This may end up as just another unfinished project from me heh.

Here's an update, I flipped the eye and made minor changes and started work on the nose. I can't find a good shape for the nose though...

I'm blown away.
That is one of the greatest mouse-drawn creations I have ever seen.
(I didn't know that was possible.... You proved me wrong)
Keep up the Good Work!
